A new day
Healthy brunch- Egyptian food, healthy dinner- Greek food, late-night snack- icecream with hot fudge... redeeming factor: skipped Baklava for dessert.
Kept up with teeth/floss/facewash routine: +4
Continuing foot lotion 2x daily: +4
My feet look drastically better already :)
Yoga/crunches today, nothing hardcore b/c of PMS stiffness/soreness.
Next week I intend to get started on some sort of workout routine, and get my closet into a maintainable sense of order. Mrawrrrrrr.
Side note: manicure upon keeping nails long enough to warrent one. Strengthening polish is helping.
